Why Ecuador is the best place to practice extreme sports?

Extreme sports are exciting activities, these kinds of sports are for people who like the adventure, adrenaline, and like taking some risk. There are a lot of extreme sports in Ecuador that people are used to practice, such as: Rafting, cayaking, climbing, treking, scuba diving, sky diving, etc.

Ecuador has differents location where you can practice these sports. If you want to try extreme sports on the sea, it take you 3 hour to get to Tonsupa from Quito. If you want to practice highland sports, you can visit Cayambe, Cotopaxi, Chimborazo, Antisana snowie, Sumaco, Reventador montains. If you want to try river extreme sports tou can visit the Amazon area. It take you 3 hours to get to Chaco. Here, you can claimb the montains, rapel in little waterfals and raft on the Quijos river.
